Direct Deposit Allocations are the automatic distribution of regular, recurring electronic deposits to one or more eligible
accounts. To establish Direct Deposit Allocation, use the enclosed form to indicate which accounts you would like
to fund and the amount to be applied to each account. Your Direct Deposits will be automatically allocated according to
your instructions.
Direct Deposit Allocations can be made to almost any account. Allocate to Money Market(s) or Club Account(s) for
taxes, vacations, holidays, etc. Build family savings by allocating to your spouse’s or children’s accounts. Gain tax
benets with allocations to Custodial Accounts. You can even speed up loan repayments with allocations to
supplement regular monthly loan payments.
How They Work
Most regularly recurring electronic Direct Deposits can be allocated. Check with Member Services at 800-431-2754 to
conrm that your electronic deposit is eligible.
Ensure that your Direct Deposit is sufcient to cover all scheduled allocations. Allocations will be applied based on
the order of preference you provide on the Direct Deposit Allocation Authorization form. We will make every effort to
assure proper and accurate allocations, however, we can not be responsible for allocation schedules affected by Direct
Deposits that are not timely, accurate or adequate.
Your USALLIANCE statement will identify each allocation with the name of the company that sent the Direct Deposit.
The highly automated nature of this program precludes notications if your deposit isn’t sufcient for all your allocations.
However, you can monitor deposits and allocations through Dial-Up, Online Banking, or by calling Member Services.
How To Start
Complete the Direct Deposit Allocation Authorization by listing all your allocations in the order of preference, using
additional forms if necessary. Mail your completed form to USALLIANCE Financial, 411 Theodore Fremd Avenue, Rye, New
York 10580. You can also bring your completed form to any USALLIANCE branch. Please visit our website at usalliance.org
to nd the branch nearest you.
Allocations may not be implemented until we have received at least one electronic Direct Deposit to your account.
Authorizations are processed as they are received and cannot be dated to take effect at a future date.
This authorization will supersede any previous instructions and must show your full allocation schedule. It is very
important that you carefully coordinate changes in your automatic Direct Deposits with allocation updates.
