Member registration/passbook renewals
o Register or Renew at usaboxing.org
o New members will create a user name and password.
o New members will complete all the information required and pay for their membership.

o Mail your membership documents, birth certificate and one passport size photo to:

• Call Satellite registers for hours of operation.
o Allow 1-2 weeks to receive your passbook in the mail.
o Mail via regular mail; do not send with signature required.
o Books will not be made at shows.
o All USA boxing athletes must have a physical.
Lost passbooks
o Print out your membership information by logging in to USA Boxing with your user name
and password.
o Contact registration chair for a passbook.
o The fee for a duplicate passbook is $25.00 – no cash- make money order out to: Gulf
Boxing Association.
Coaches/Officials
o Register online at usaboxing.org
o Must pass a background check annually
o Complete the Safesport Course.
o Must complete the coaches/official’s certification online or in person if offered.
o New coaches/officials- mail membership documents and one passport photo to the
registration chair noted under New Members.
Official’s elevation
o Level II Certification must be taken in person at an official’s clinic
o Level III Certification is offered at USA Boxing national events. Contact your LBC
President or Vice President for more information.

is valid from January 1 – December 31
