Dear Customer,
We appreciate your business and are committed to keeping you informed of any changes. As previously
communicated, we wanted to remind you we're upgrading our TD Credit Card account alerts this coming
November. Our records indicate you previously enrolled in one or more account alerts, and in order to
avoid interruption, please remember you will need to update your contact information by 11/01/2021.
How to update your contact information:
Login to tdbank.com or the mobile app
Select your credit card and then select "Manage Card"
From the menu choose "My Profile" and then review your contact information (email & mobile
phone number)
If everything looks good, just click "Save"; otherwise, click "Edit" to update your information
If you would also like to make changes to your current settings, click on "Manage Alerts" to
update
Some alerts are changing as a result of this update:
We are making a change to the alert for "transactions in specific countries". If you
previously enrolled in such an alert and wish for it to continue, you will need to update
your preferences by selecting one of the new options on or after November 3
rd
If you have alerts set up for authorized users, they will need to be re-enrolled on or after
November 3
rd
To update your accounts alerts, log in to tdbank.com or the TD Bank app, select your credit card
and then select 'Manage Card' and 'Manage Alerts'
Reminder- during the upgrade window of October 1, 2021 through November 2, 2021, you won't be able
to enroll in and/or make changes to your alert settings. However, during this time you will continue to
receive your existing alerts without interruption.
We will do our best to make this transition as seamless as possible. As always, we are here f or you. If you
