escalated more complicated issues to helpdesk managers.

identify user needs and provide effective solutions.

Hugo Fire Department, Hugo, MN Volunteer Fire Fighter 2015-2019
Worked alongside local Fire Suppression Agencies to assist as needed for fires, floods and other emergencies

US Navy, San Francisco, CA Operations Watch 2009-2013
Operated digital information link and command and control systems. Performed software upgrades,
controlled complex sensors, evaluated clutter and determined sensor modes.
Monitored system performance and interfaces integrating the data link through the region
Established and executed the tactical data link for three carrier strike groups and two
amphibious readiness groups while deployed to the Middle East.
