PROHIBITION AND PREVENTION OF
WORKPLACE VIOLENCE
Regions mandates a “zero tolerance for violence”
environment and seeks to prevent violent incidents
and abusive conduct from occurring. Violence
includes, but is not necessarily limited to, physical
harm, verbal assault, shoving, pushing, harassment,
intimidation, coercion, brandishing a weapon and
threats or talk of violence. You must report any
incident that may involve workplace violence to

DRUG-FREE WORKPLACE
Regions is committed to maintaining a workplace
environment that is free from the influence of illegal
drugs and substance abuse. All associates are required
to comply with Regions’ Drug-Free Workplace Guidelines.
Violations of these guidelines will not be tolerated and
may result in disciplinary action, including termination
of employment.
