8:52-1.7 County environmental health activities
Each local health agency may comply with all applicable provisions of the County Environmental Health
Act, N.J.S.A. 26:3A2-21 et seq. and the standards promulgated thereunder by the Department of
Environmental Protection, N.J.A.C. 7:1H.
