Use this guidance and materials for Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine products including:

Best Practices
All Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine products can be:
Stored at frozen temperatures until the expiration date.
Use storage labels to help sta easily identify the correct
product based on the recipient’s age.
Stored at refrigerated temperatures for up to 30 days.
Use these tracking labels to identify when the beyond-use
date for refrigerated storage has been reached. Vaccine
should NOT be used after this date.
Transported in a portable freezer, refrigerator, or container
qualied to maintain the appropriate temperatures with
a digital data logger to monitor the temperature for up to
12 cumulative hours. See Transporting Moderna COVID-19
