How to request a transcript for your medical school applicaiton
Step 1 – As you fill out the AMCAS or AACOMAS application, you will come to a
page where you enter your schools attended. Once this is complete, the
application will ask you if you are ready to print the Transcript Request Form.
This page must be signed and saved as a pdf before proceding to the next
step.
There will be one form for each secondary school attended. Each schools
will have different procedures for you to request a transcript. The
directions below only apply to WSU.
AMCAS and AACOMAS notify all candidates when transcripts have been
received. It is up to you to monitor the progress of your application
throughout this process.
Step 2 – Go to reg.wayne.edu. Click on Order transcripts.

Step 3 – Click on the “Request a transcript” button.
Step 4 – Log in using your AccessID and password. You will need to fill out two
separate requests if you are applying to AMCAS and AACOMAS. AACOMAS
Under delivery type, you must select Transcript Sent by US Mail w/attachment.
Fill in the address information. Then, select Choose File to upload your saved
AMCAS Transcript Request form from Step 1.
