As an Equinox member, we ask that you read and abide by
these simple house rules. They’ll help make an environment
where everyone can maximize their potential.
We ask you to be smart about your smartphone.
Please keep devices away from wet areas, and
refrain from phone use in the locker rooms. If
you need to make a call, please ind a designated
space and be mindful of your noise level.
HOLD
THE PHONE
To ensure privacy, taking photos or videos in private
areas such as locker rooms is strictly prohibited.

PRIVACY IS
A BEAUTIFUL
THING
When you’re using equipment, please allow
others to work in with you. If you’re unable to
attend a class you’ve booked, please use your app
to cancel your booking and free up the space.
SHARING
IS CARING
Our itness studios, club lounges, and locker
room benches are kept uncluttered for ease
of use. We ask that your belongings be kept
in a locker or at our seasonal coat check.
Any unattended items will be gathered up.
CLEAN
HOUSE
We can’t guarantee the safety of your
valuables, so please leave them at home.
SAFE AND
SOUND
Athletic shoes and attire are required
on our itness loors. Feel free to go
barefoot in our locker rooms, itness
studios, and outdoor spaces.*

BEST FOOT
FORWARD
Please keep your belongings in a locker
during class. For your safety, don’t enter
a class in progress, and if you’ve booked
a spot, please arrive ive minutes early. If
you’re working out in a studio on your own
time, please don’t use the sound system.

THE CLASS
Cleanliness is a virtue—shower before
you enjoy the pool* or other wet areas.

SHOWER
POWER
Water is life. We can all pitch in and help
support the planet by being mindful of
towel usage and shower time.
WASTE NOT,
WANT NOT
Our steam rooms and saunas are sanctums. We
keep these spaces free from food, grooming,
training shoes, and workout clothes. Please be
respectful of other members. Inappropriate
activity will not be tolerated.
RESPECT ONE
ANOTHER
We love it when you share Equinox with
others. Please check with your club for any
limitations on guest access and remember
that you’re responsible for your guests.
Guests and members aren’t allowed to
provide personal training services.
BE OUR
GUEST
We love animals—but we’re a club for humans.
For the safety of both, only trained service
animals are permitted in our clubs.
PAW
PATROL
We love family—but we’re a club for grown-ups.
Unless we’re holding a special event, we ask
that children spend their visit at our dedicated
kids space.* During special events, children
should always be accompanied by an adult.

FAMILY
In addition to these house rules, we
expect our members to follow our Member
Policies. We reserve the right to revoke your
membership if you choose not to play by
the rules and violate our policies.
