or synthetic based
thermals are optimum.
MID-LAYER
Add a fleece, wool
or down mid-layer.
Layering helps trap
body heat, keeping you

A quality pair of gloves
or mitts is a must on
the hill. Mittens are a
favorite for kids and

LINERS

a merino or silk glove
liner. You can also
