a) Separate the capsule into the mold
With the operation of the machine, the hard capsules in the hopper
enter the sequence fork of the sequence device one by one to make the
capsule stand upright, and then pass through the capsule guide groove and
the shift fork to make the capsule turn around. The capsule under the
upper body of the cap is sent into the mold hole, the empty capsule is
pulled out by the negative pressure air under the lower mold sleeve, the
body cap is separated, the cap remains in the upper mold of the capsule
plate, and the body falls in the lower mold of the capsule plate.
The mechanism is equipped with automatic counting control. When
the mold is filled with capsules, the mechanism automatically stops at the
top dead center to ensure the convenience of the next operation. (Top
dead point: the point where the sac tube is just going down at the highest
point). It can also be stopped manually when it needs to be stopped
halfway. The speed of the machine is adjusted by the knob on the inverter,
and is equipped with an instrument to display the speed
In case of incomplete separation of some capsules, the mold can be
moved 1-2 circles by hand to promote complete separation under vacuum
adsorption.

etc.
2 Clean up the work surface and protective cover (including plexiglass
door, roof, etc.) before the end of each shift.
3 The parts above the countertop are only allowed to be wiped with a
fine cloth or absorbent cotton dipped in absolute alcohol.
4 When there are capsule fragments and residual powder in the capsule
tray, it will seriously affect the probability of capsule loading and must
be cleaned up in time.
5 The guard plate at the lower part of the machine should be opened
frequently to wipe off the oil on the transmission parts in order to
clearly observe the operation;
6 The filter of the vacuum system should be cleaned regularly. If you
find that the vacuum is not enough to open the capsule, you should
carefully check the vacuum line and clean up the clogged dirt. It is
generally cleaned up at least once every two months.
7
Note: The above are the general requirements of our company
for cleaning procedures and cleaning agents. Customers should
formulate more detailed cleaning regulations based on their own
usage, usage requirements and local laws and regulations.

Chapter 8 Equipment Maintenance and Lubrication Rules
8.1 Lubrication of the machine
In order to ensure the normal operation of the equipment, regularly
lubricate the mutually moving parts, bearings, gears, etc., and the
disassembly and maintenance of the turntable and transmission
mechanism must be carried out under the guidance of specialized
technicians.
1. For safe production, always check whether the ground wire is
connected to the designated location of the grounding sign
2. Add enough (15-20#) oil to the reducer and each cam box, the
highest surface of the cam must be immersed in the oil surface, and
each rolling bearing is filled with grease at least once a year
3. Keep the oil level in the oil cup of the lubricator
4. Wipe the machine frequently to keep the machine clean; it is
recommended to stop the machine every three months, check and
repair the parts of the machine, and blow off the dust from the
electrical parts
5. If this equipment is not in use temporarily, all rust-prone parts
should be rubbed with anti-rust oil including the capsule plate;
Note: The above is our company's general requirements for
lubrication procedures and lubricants. Customers should formulate
more detailed lubrication regulations according to their own usage,
usage requirements and local laws and regulations.

8.2 Machine maintenance
Usually after each working day is completed, the work surface and
mold holes should be cleaned to prevent powder from remaining in the
surface and mold holes to avoid corrosion to the above parts; before each
shift, jog to check whether the movement cycle of each component is
coordinated; If the machine is stopped for a period of time, a little
lubricating oil should be added to the transmission parts for protection;
whether various fasteners are loosened regularly every week, especially
the connection parts with vibration, tighten them.
Note: The above are the general requirements of our
company for lubrication and maintenance procedures. Customers
should formulate more detailed cleaning regulations according to
their own usage, usage requirements and local laws and regulations.
