In pursuance of the instructions issued in the references cited, all the Deputy
Educational Officers, the Mandal Educational Officers and all the Head Masters in the
district are informed that it is decided to take up the process of Regularization of
Services and Declaration of Probation of Direct Recruited Teachers in the district.
In this connection, a format of Application is herewith communicated to the all
concerned and directed to intimate all the eligible teachers to apply through the
concerned authority. As this is continuous process, the teachers can apply at any
time as and when they are eligible for regularisation of service and declaration of
probation.
It is instructed that the prescribed format shall not be altered in any manner,
no column should be left blank and all the copies of certificates/declarations with
signatures shall be enclosed.
The concerned authority shall only forward the Application after careful
examination of entries made and the copies of certificates/declarations with
signatures to the under signed immediately for taking further necessary action.
It is also informed that if the authority forwarded the application altered and
/or without proper entries and/or without all enclosures, the application will be
rejected summarily and the authority forwarded will be held responsible.
